TPS Deadlines Extended

Nicaraguan-Americans and Honduran-Americans Should Call Attorney Carrera!

Haiti Ball - TPSTemporary Protected Status (TPS) for nationals of Nicaragua and Honduras has been extended to July 5, 2012 This extension requires you to act quickly to preserve your Temporary Protected Status.

USCIS is also automatically extending the validity of existing employment authorization documents (EADs) held by Honduran and Nicaraguan TPS beneficiaries for six months, through Jan. 5, 2011. Eligible TPS beneficiaries must timely re-register and apply for an EAD in order to be issued a new Employment Authorization Document. The re-registration period ends July 5, 2010.
